Melissa is our Operations Manager, supporting key areas including marketing, operational growth, compliance, HR, and Health & Safety. Her role focuses on keeping day‑to‑day operations running smoothly while helping the organisation continue to develop in a sustainability.
Melissa takes a people‑focused approach to her work. She believes that because so much of our lives is spent at work, it should be a positive and supportive environment for everyone. She aims to improve both staff and client experiences through clear communication, thoughtful processes, and a collaborative way of working. Her view is that when people feel valued and supported, they naturally produce their best work.
Outside of her role, Melissa enjoys hiking and spending time in nature. She has completed two sections of the South West Coastal Path for charity and hopes to finish the full route over time. She is also an active part of her local community and volunteers behind the bar at her local cricket club.
